Team Lead | Marketing & Relations

Manage all marketing. Keep all organically flowing, following a yearly plan and reviewing by quarter.

-Will include managing all social platforms, blogs, print material, video marketing.

Manage all public relations

-Will include building and nurturing relationships with desired partners. (home builders, design studios, realtors, reps)

Manage all Client Relations

-Will include targeted email campaigns, project communication and documentation, print material & mailers, gifts & promotional materials.

Vendor Relations & Sample Management

-Will include managing new samples, training team on new vendors and products, expanding business with new vendors, and managing vendor rep relationships.

Other Duties:

-Help answer phones, take lead phone calls and receive shipments if warehouse manager isn’t there.

-Help on appointments and big reveals as needed.

-May be given various special projects to work on.

This position has potential to streamline duties in order to gain in management responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is/has:

-Must be detail-oriented in fast-paced environment.

-Highly Motivated, Driven.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Graphic Design Experience. Preferably Adobe Photoshop.

-Highly knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.

-Flexible with some early evening hours Monday-Friday.

-Ability to stay focused and work diligently with little supervision.

-Positive attitude and motivator for the team, even when loaded with tasks.

-Reliable transportation, Punctual & trustworthy.

-Willing to help on installations: some heavy lifting involved.

-Great phone etiquette.

-Passionate about interior design.

Bonus Experience:

-Experience with SEO and WordPress website editing.

-Interest in / experience with photography and DSLR cameras

-Experience with Chief Architect

-Sales Experience

Bonus program available + Ability to grow into a decorator or management position
