Designer / Decorator Position Available

We are looking for a designer to join our rapidly expanding company. Job Description:

A designer in this position manages their own client projects from start to finish. Our team provides leads, project and client management materials, marketing content, vendor resources and samples, contractor resources, project financial management, and training as available. This position will also have use of a company vehicle for projects in order to keep with the company brand and process.

This is a commission-based position that increases with sales. Bonus programs are available upon management discretion. Training period will be assessed based on experience and will be compensated hourly.

Job Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is/has:

-Detail-oriented in fast-paced environment.

-Highly Motivated, Driven. Positive attitude.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Highly knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.

-Flexible with occasional early evening hours Monday-Friday.

-Reliable transportation, Punctual & trustworthy.

-Willing to complete physical work on installations: heavy lifting involved.

-Great phone etiquette.

-Passionate about and experience in the interior design industry.

-Sales Experience.

Remodel Project Management / Background in Kitchen & Bath Remodels

Photography & Videography Experience

Sales Training Background
